Resolves YES if the trade ledger shows that the price of the stock stays at or under Ṁ300 per share for 1 hour before 12:00:00AM ET on Aug 1, 2026 according to the timestamps on the trades.

Staying under the threshold for 1 hour counts. 59 minutes and 59 seconds does not count. For example, dipping under the threshold from a trade at 1:00:00PM and then resurfacing from a trade at 1:59:59PM does not count. Resurfacing at the next second would. Resurfacing at exactly 12:00:00AM ET on Aug 1, 2026 does not count.

If this does not happen by the deadline, resolves NO.
