@draaglom broke a pinky promise a little while ago. As recompense, the Manifold community now controls the soul of his pinky.

The soul of @draaglom's pinky can be transferred from one Manifolder to another. If a Manifolder makes a pinky promise to another Manifolder, then the pinky acts as collateral for the pinky promise. If the pinky promise is broken, it transfers to the recipient of the broken promise.

A pinky promise is made if a Manifolder makes a promise, includes the words "pinky promise" with it, and pings a judge. Pinky promises should not be meta and should have a duration of about 1 week, but less than 1 month to be fulfilled. A pinky promise cannot be made to a Judge. Only 1 pinky promise can be active at a time.

A panel of Judges determines if a pinky promise was made in the spirit of this market and if it is subsequently broken. If even a single Judge says the pinky promise was valid, and if even a single Judge says it was broken, then the pinky transfers.

I, Quroe, will have the primary responsibility of ensuring this market functions, but the backup Judges are empowered in case something were to happen to me or if I cannot make a decision on my own.

Whoever owns the pinky must pay a due of 1000 mana to /Quroe/quroes-mana-vault before 12am ET on the 1st of each month to maintain control of it. This includes New Years. (This mana will be used for some sort of future pro-social shenanigans.) Otherwise, if the due is not paid, then the pinky transfers to the Manifolder on this market who has the lowest probability as any Judge manually reviews the probabilities. If a Manifolder pays into the fund, but loses control of the pinky before the 1st of the month, then their due payment is forfeit, and it is the responsibility of the new owner to pay their due before the deadline, or else it transfers. Nobody can pay dues on behalf of somebody else.

A Manifolder can regain control the pinky if they lose it. Judges cannot control the pinky.

This market resolves 100% YES to the Manifolder who owns the pinky just after New Years of 2027. All other answers will resolve NO. This market will allow up to 1 week after New Years for Judges to deliberate, if necessary.

Anybody can add new Manifolders to this market, but I reserve the right to disqualify them if they are not clear.
