I am looking for a new apartment. Resolves based on where I reside on the close date. If I choose to stay in my current apartment, I will resolve based on my current apartment, which is Manhattan between 57th and 125th.

My wife and I average to 28 years old and have a combined income of about 200k. I commute to Jamaica and she commutes to the UES. We often go to Spuyten Duyvil for family. We enjoy social outings in Williamsburg and Greenwich Village. We do not own a car, but I have a driver license (she doesn’t).

We hope to start a family and are looking for 2BR.
