My experience is that this is the default way Manifold polls already work. I can't see the results until I vote, and I can't change my vote.

 I've seen a lot of polls that work like this, but when I just make a poll the answer proportions are still visible before voting. I privated m y poll since it doesn't make sense if you see the answer choices beforehand, but just going down the list of recent polls, I found a few examples such as

Anyway, 50 mana to the first person to explain to me how to make a poll where the proportion of people voting for each option is not visible before voting (and one can't change their vote after voting).
