Trump has been changing the names of a lot of geographic features lately, such as renaming the Gulf of Mexico and Mount Denali to the Gulf of America and Mount McKinley. I think it would be appropriate for him to rename the district containing Washington as well. Rather than standing for "District of Columbia" (boring, and why should the capital of the USA be named after some Italian guy?), D.C. should mean "Dark Carnival" (cool, and actively reflects what's going on there with the current government).

This market resolves YES if Trump passes some executive order renaming the district to "Dark Carnival," "The Dark Carnival," or similar, or if his government begins to refer to it as such in an official capacity.
