By my understanding from what I can tell from my internal metrics on my profile, this chart tracks my mileage (even though there's a seperate number that says 0 miles, the bars line up with my miles logged for each month on the chart).
Resolves YES if the bar goes above the specified goal by the end of the last day of the specified month and year in the title, following CST otherwise NO.
If something odd happens with the measurement or graph on the Strava Public page, I will resolve N/A.
