December 11th, Jack Smith asked the Supreme Court to decide whether Donald Trump is immune from federal prosecution for crimes he allegedly committed while he was president. Trump's legal team has to file a response by December 20th.
If the Court rules on the issue: the market will resolve YES if he is found immune from prosecution and NO if he is not immune.
If the court does not rule, market will resolve N/A.

He was found immune from some prosecution but not immune from other prosecution? I think that's a NO? I'm not really sure.
