Labour Technology Secretary Peter Kyle stated that the government is looking into restrictions on children accessing social media.
This market resolves YES if at any point before market close, there is any period where it would be in breach of UK law for a child of 15 in England to spend three consecutive hours on TikTok, Snapchat or Instagram, OR if that same child would be in breach of the law accessing those three apps for any length of time between 10pm and 6am.
