If Peter Bone MP is suspended from the House of Commons (see linked question below), his constituents will have the opportunity to take part in a Recall Petition. If the petition is successful then a By-Election will be held for the seat.

Resolves N/A if Peter Bone MP is not suspended, or is not suspended for long enough to trigger a recall petition.

Resolves YES if a recall petition triggers a by-election.

Resolves NO if a recall petition takes place but does not result in a By-Election.
