President Putin has recently announced a partial mobilization of Russian citizens. According to Russian media it is expected that the first wave of the draft will enlist males under the age of 35 with prior military experience. Around 300 thousand soldiers are currently expected to be drafted, which is approximately 2% of Russia's 15 million men aged 18 to 35.

This question will resolve positively if: sometime between September 21st 2022 and March 31st 2023 at least 50% of Russia's conscription age male citizens will be officially prohibited from traveling to other countries. This prohibition must last for a period of at least 7 consecutive days. This question will also resolve to Yes if travel is only allowed to Belarus or countries not officially recognized by the UN, such as Abkhazia.
