Respond with your opinion of how much it's worth, i.e. rather than how much it's officially worth. If you respond "other", I would encourage you to post how much you think 1000 mana is worth in comments. (Other was supposed to be an option, but isn't; choose see results for this)

@nikki say more? I was under the impression that my allocating mana to a charity would affect the amount given to that charity. This is false?
@nikki I think it's a lot more complicated than that. Firstly, being able to choose the allocation does have value! And furthermore, there were reasonable arguments that in the long run, donating another marginal dollar's worth of mana would probably result in another marginal dollar being donated to charity, because in the long run Manifold was probably going to support some form of withdrawals to charity or otherwise even after the current donation budget had been used (https://manifold.markets/jack/when-the-current-500k-grant-for-man-9aa6ef92353a?play=true)
And the fact that Austin took his salary in mana means that he, who obviously thought about this a lot, believed those mana donations did have value.
@jack update: in fact manifold already used the entire donation grant and then kept on donating out of their bank account, which proves that in fact donating more mana actually caused more cash to be donated.
