This market will resolve to "Yes" if President Joseph Biden takes a test specifically for measuring his cognitive capacity, and it is publicly reported that he took such a test, between July 1 and July 31, 2024 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
