Resolution Criteria
This market resolves to YES if Tesla's market capitalization is greater than or equal to $1 trillion USD at market close on December 31, 2025. It resolves to NO if Tesla's market capitalization is less than $1 trillion USD at that time.
Market capitalization will be determined by multiplying the closing share price on December 31, 2025, by the number of outstanding shares as reported by reliable financial data sources such as Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg, or the NASDAQ official website.
If Tesla undergoes a significant corporate restructuring (such as a merger, acquisition, or spinoff) before the resolution date, the market will resolve based on the market capitalization of the entity that represents the majority of Tesla's current business.
