Will my startup ZeroPath (YC S24) be inactive by 2028?

ZeroPath will be considered inactive (i.e. failed) if there are no longer any full-time employees working at the company. "ZeroPath" refers to the company and not the name or present product offering. The semantics of "inactive" are intended to match basically how the term is used on the YC startup directory, and the exact criteria of this market may be modified over time to match that intention if any discrepancies become apparent.
