Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Perplexity AI releases an official statement, audited financial report, or credible press confirmation that the company has achieved profitability (positive net income or sustained positive cash flow from operations) by December 31, 2027. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No."

If no official confirmation is available by the resolution date, the market will remain open or resolve based on the most recent verified data from sources such as Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, or the company’s official investor relations communications.
