YES if:
Molymet's Chilean APR plant is producing Re-bearing APR at normal volumes on the settlement date
No active force majeure, labor strike, environmental shutdown, or major production curtailment (>20% below normal for 4+ consecutive weeks) as of December 31, 2027
NO if:
A confirmed production halt, force majeure, or major curtailment (>20% below normal) is in effect on December 31, 2027
Environmental shutdown ordered by Chilean authorities and in effect on settlement date
Active strike at Molymet's Chilean facility halting APR production on the settlement date
