This market resolves YES if Molymet's Chilean ammonium perrhenate (APR) processing facility is operating at normal production levels — defined as within 20% of typical throughput — on December 31, 2027.

YES if:

  • Molymet's Chilean APR plant is producing Re-bearing APR at normal volumes on the settlement date

  • No active force majeure, labor strike, environmental shutdown, or major production curtailment (>20% below normal for 4+ consecutive weeks) as of December 31, 2027

NO if:

  • A confirmed production halt, force majeure, or major curtailment (>20% below normal) is in effect on December 31, 2027

  • Environmental shutdown ordered by Chilean authorities and in effect on settlement date

  • Active strike at Molymet's Chilean facility halting APR production on the settlement date
