This market resolves YES if the Chicago Mercantile Exchange announces it is leaving the City of Chicago by December 31, 2023. The move does not need to take place in 2023 to resolve as YES. Rumors and threats of moving do not count; this must be an official announcement by the organization to resolve as YES. Moving out of the city limits, but within the state of Illinois, will count as YES.
