The bet will be resolved as "yes" for any of the criteria above if before 2030 the average property price of Kyiv city center property per m2 falls or exceeds defined values:

• The data source will be the statistics published on Numbeo.com for "Price per Square Meter to Buy Apartment in City Centre" for Kyiv, Ukraine.

• If Numbeo data is unavailable for any extended period, local crowdsourced databases may be used as alternative data sources.

• The bet period will be from Feb 15, 2024 to EOY 2029.

• The data will be checked on the 1st of each month during the bet period.

• If the average price exceeds any of the thresholds on any of the check dates, that threshold is considered met and the bet is settled at that time.

• Prices must be verified by screenshots from the data source website showing the average price and date.
