Resolves to yea since iOS 18 has generative AI features.
Seconding AZ here, how are you planning to resolve this if the current phones already use generative models? (They do, as far as we know.)
Just for the record, I think it's unwise to invest in this as long as you haven't answered such essential questions.
I recommend everyone stay out of this market.
(There is little reason to expect Apple will 1. have obvious (to OP) gen AI models ready by september and 2. they'll introduce them with the iPhone. The market is essentially just a prediction on “will OP agree with the technically correct view that DL-supported auto correction suggestions are gen AI, as in what he meant by gen AI“.)
