If he was showing her exactly what he seemed to be showing her, this market resolves YES.

If Cheliax had already been destroyed, and Keltham showed Abrogail an illusion, this resolves YES.

If Cheliax still existed and Keltham showed Abrogail an illusion, this resolves NO, even if Cheliax (or all of Golarion) is destroyed later in the story.

If the tag is heavily edited or rolled back, I will attempt to resolve this market with respect to Cheliax's existence at the corresponding point in the new tags, if one obviously exists, or I may resolve this market N/A at my discretion.

I will err on the side of simply leaving this market open and awaiting further information/soliciting word of god(s) if there is any doubt about its resolution.
