Anyone is welcome to add answers, duplicates will be removed.
Only the rating list considered the most "respectable" will be taken into account, which today (2024) is the FIDE Standard rating.
Will be resolved Yes the moment a respective player becomes worlds No. 1, and No the moment a player is both at least 50 years old and is retired, or, well, if a player dies earlier.
