Will I pass on the mana?

YES

This will resolve yes if I receive the mana in the double it and pass it on chain and successfully pass it on. This will resolve N/A if I don't receive the mana and it will resolve no if 48 hours pass after receiving and I still haven't doubled it and passed it on.

I will of course not be the end of the chain, so this market cannot resolve no.

I will be extremely offended if anyone bets no on this market.

I will also not bet on this market

filled a แน€1 NO at 87% order

I will be extremely offended if anyone bets no on this market.

I will sell my share of NO in exchange for 40% of its expected payout.

@Chumchulum as much as I would love to take that up, it only encourages others to do the same

filled a แน€1 NO at 89% order

@MaxE Or in exchange for 11.5% of expected payout?

@Chumchulum the math is getting too hard

@MaxE That's a sell signal.

To be fair, I did not expect users (including myself) respond to your cause by sending you more than enough mana to double the payment. At this point I am betting on you making a typo and sending too little mana forward or you losing sense of time. I never bet on NO because I thought you were selfish.

@Xizted yeah its cool. The 2000 mana is a loan for the record

I will pass on the mana. I just want a day or so to savor the feeling of having the power to double it and pass it on

@MaxE You have a believer.

bought แน€73 NO

I bet no, but not because I believe you are selfish, I just believe it is likely that the amount would be larger than your current liquid balance.

@Xizted I think it could be possible. My rules just care that a valid managram is sent. They care not about what happens before or after that.

@Quroe Sure there are ways he could get mana to fulfill it, either by trading or buying it, I just doubt he would go through with it. It wouldnt require that many steps for the amount to be significantly larger than the liquid balance or even the whole net worth of @MaxE

@Xizted

"Here's a bajillion mana. Send it back to me for the game so I can be in too," said the eager Manifolder.

@Quroe If I got the baton, I probably could attempt to force this to NO by sending him more than double the mana, basically sending more than his net worth. Wouldn't do it really, but its possible. There is an earnings possibility here for whoever has the baton.

@Xizted You risk being shamed for sending it to somebody who couldn't "double it", but yup! That's an option!

@Quroe TBH I value mana higher than being shamed in the eyes of manifold users, and I value mana at basically ~0. The reason why I wouldnt do that is that it would feel like cheating IMO

@Xizted I dare you to try it

Anyway its not profitable because you would have to shell out ~3000 mana to manipulate this relatively small market

@Xizted how you like them apples? let this teach you to never underestimate the Big E

What if you're 11th in the chain?

@Quroe i would double it and pass it on, or is the chain meant to end at 11?

@MaxE It can go on infinitely in theory. I would probably make a follow up market if we hit 12 links to ask about the 12 to 23 range.

@MaxE I'm more so asking if you think you can muster a 16*(2^11) managram within a 48 hour notice. 32,768 mana.

@Quroe yeah I do. Half of it would be paid by the managram sent to me anyway
