The fifth generation 4Runner was first produced in 2009, and it has recieved only minor updates since then. 4Runner fans speculate that a 6th-generation revamp is due soon, although some fear that the 4Runner may be discontinued instead.

This market resolves YES if the 6th gen 4Runner is officially announced (e.g. on Toyota's website) before the end of the 2024 calendar year. It does not have to ship for the market resolve YES. Otherwise, it resolves NO.
