This market seeks to determine whether concrete evidence will emerge by December 31, 2025, indicating that former President Joe Biden's wife, doctors, staff or someone in close contact with him was aware of a prostate cancer diagnosis while in office and prior to its public announcement in May 2025. Resolution will be based on credible reports from major news outlets such as Reuters, The Atlantic, and the Financial Times or an expose by an insider. The report will need to have credible sources from Biden’s network and leave little doubt - doctor reports, paperwork, scans to prove knowledge of a cancer diagnosis while serving as president

The news broke May 18th, and news reports claimed that the diagnosis was given May 16th. The article outright says that his family and doctors had been reviewing treatment options during this 3-ish-day period. @MartinZokov You may want to say something like "knowledge of an impending cancer diagnosis" and specify a date before May 16.
@LoganTurner thanks for pointing it out, I'm still learning how to better frame these. I meant to list this as 'during his presidency' so I've ammended the question
Reading the description of this question literally, the question can only resolve as YES because Biden's doctors obviously learned of his diagnosis prior to the public announcement. They were the people who made the diagnosis. The announcement is a consequence of that diagnosis, and, according to the laws of physics as we know them today, a consequence cannot precede its cause.
You're probably looking for a conspiracy of some kind. If you are, you should explicitly state as much in the description or the question itself.
@MaxA +1—I would recommend rewording the description. As stated, it doesn't make much sense. "Prior to its public announcement" is not the bar that anyone would care about (and it would be a trivial "YES")
@MaxA apologies, I used the AI generator for this question and only skimmed. I'm definitely not looking for a conspiracy, I don't even live in the US so I don't care toouch. I am curious though if the diagnosis was there during his presidency. I realized this also wasn't clarified in the question so I've now edited to clarify. Thanks for flagging
