It’s a weird question, but the Michigan GOP is so dysfunctional that they are having two dueling party run caucus events on March 2 that will award delegates (in addition to the state run primary on Feb 27, which also awards delegates). Which of the two caucuses will have higher turnout?
Resolves based on NYT results or the best available credible source, as it’s unprecedented to have a disputed preference contest like this where thousands of votes might end up being ultimately invalidated.

“Karamo had organized a concurring district convention in Detroit, which was canceled this week after Michigan courts confirmed that she was not at the helm of the party. The series of events caused some confusion among party members and triggered a few individual districts to hold their own conventions in other parts of the state. Those district votes will not count at the RNC convention, Hoekstra confirmed to ABC News on Saturday.” https://abcnews.go.com/amp/Politics/michigan-2024-republican-convention-results/story?id=107649139
Because this question was about the Karamo and Hoekstra events, we don’t need to wait on the other conventions if the Karamo event was canceled. Resolves Hoekstra.
@ManifoldPolitics are you able to edit this to have an “Other” option? I’m learning this morning there are a third and fourth competing caucus sites run by neither Karamo nor Hoekstra 🤦♂️
