If the majority decision from SCOTUS in the Vivek H. Murthy, Surgeon General, et al. v. Missouri, et al. case (originally filed as Missouri v. Biden) states that the federal government illegally pressured any social media companies in any of their actions relevant to the case, this market will resolve to yes. Otherwise, this market will resolve to no.
If SCOTUS does not hand down a decision on this case, this market will resolve 50/50.
I reserve the right to resolve as N/A in the case of any ambiguities.
