There are advantages to all-female missions (eg lower caloric requirements, wokeness points), and the Apollo missions were all male.

Will the first mars mission series include at least one all female mission ? (cis or trans, whatever, as long as they're female identifying during the mission itself).

Choosing the next 6 as the cut-off because there were six Apollo landings. I will not count it as two if the same crew lands multiple times in a mission somehow.

Will resolve YES when an eligible mission lands on mars (so Apollo 13 situation would not count). If it becomes clear that the Mars landings are stopping before 6 are complete (let's say 2 years with no missions or firm plans), then will resolve NO early. (I am open to otherwise if traders prefer to stick to 6)
