Resolution Criteria

This market resolves YES if Nick Reiner receives a presidential pardon from Donald Trump before the end of Trump's current term in office. Resolution will be confirmed via official White House announcements or the Federal Register's pardon list. The market resolves NO if Trump's term ends without a pardon being issued.

Background

Nick Reiner, the 32-year-old son of filmmaker Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, was arrested and booked on murder charges after his parents were found dead Sunday. Nick Reiner is being held without bail after being booked, however the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has not yet filed criminal charges in the deaths of the director and his wife. Two sources who attended a party Saturday night where Rob and Nick Reiner were also present told CBS News on Monday that a brief but loud argument between the two took place.
