Resolution Criteria
Resolve YES if NASA’s SpaceX Crew-13 mission physically lifts off from Earth aboard its Falcon 9 rocket on or before 11:59 PM UTC on September 30, 2026.
Resolve NO if the mission has not lifted off by that deadline.
A launch attempt that is scrubbed before liftoff does not count. Liftoff must actually occur.
If the mission launches but subsequently aborts, fails to reach orbit, or does not dock with the International Space Station, the market still resolves YES, since the question concerns launch only.
