Rating Requirement: The user's rating must reach or exceed 1600 on their profile after any officially rated contest.

Background
Codeforces is a popular competitive programming platform where users participate in rounds to solve algorithmic challenges. Ratings are updated dynamically after each contest using an Elo-based system. Ranks are designated by rating thresholds, with the "Expert" tier representing users with a rating between 1600 and 1899. Achieving this tier typically requires consistent performance and the ability to solve intermediate to advanced competitive programming problems.
