Resolution criteria

This market resolves YES if snowythecat's Codeforces rating reaches 2100 or higher at any point before January 1st, 2027. Resolution will be verified via snowythecat's Codeforces profile, which displays current and maximum rating. The market resolves NO if the rating never reaches 2100 by the deadline.

Background

snowythecat is currently a Candidate Master with a contest rating of 1933 (max. 2005). The Master title begins at 2100 rating units, requiring a gain of approximately 95-167 rating points from their current or peak rating.
