This should resolve to NO, I think.

This is how you get your entire law firm disbarred. Why don’t they shoot for a lower court?

@BTE From what I can tell they have a traffic court case they’re working on right now too, and then put this offer out as some kind of flex. I personally doubt anyone would take them up on the offer.

bought Ṁ10 of NO

when will you decide it's been long enough and it won't happen? If someone tries to take them up on the offer but the Supreme Court doesn't allow it, how will you resolve?

@ArtaxerxesTripp

  • When will I decide it's been long enough? --> When the market expires

  • If someone takes them up on it but the Supreme Court doesn't allow it --> I think part of the deal is not to tell the Supreme Court that they're doing it, but if the SC finds out and denies it, but someone took them up on the offer in good faith, this market resolves YES if DoNotPay pays out the $1M anyways, and otherwise resolves NO. If someone actually uses the robolawyer for at least one day in an SC case, this resolves YES regardless of whether DoNotPay pays out the $1M.
