On Monday, Nov 18, the PA Supreme Court issued a decision to reaffirm its previous ruling…

“Before the Nov. 5 election, Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court ruled that provisional ballots must be signed in two required places and that mail-in votes must be dated. Yet elected Democratic officials in Philadelphia and three other counties — Bucks, Centre and Montgomery — voted this week to defy these and other court decisions…”

“The Supreme Court answered late Monday afternoon in a 4-3 decision, saying the counties in question “shall comply with the prior rulings of this court in which we have clarified that mail-in and absentee ballots that fail to comply with the [dating requirements] SHALL NOT BE COUNTED” for the purposes of the 2024 election.”
