Hi all, I have reviewed the relevant evidences and it seems the timing which I referred to did become important. The SpaceX video from Dec 7 PT (as I openly clarified in the comments after seeking input) includes 2 clips of footage from onboard the booster, which people have adequately enjoyed seeing. I will be tending to resolve this in favour of YES unless anyone can make a convincing argument in the next day. Thanks

...With the discrepancy between the Closing time and the time mentioned in the Comments, it was unclear when the actual cutoff time was, for "when it does or doesn't count".

@PaintspotInfez There's no discrepancy as closing time can be any time relative to a resolution criteria. In this case I definitely wanted the closing time to be before the 'time that counts', and I clarified this timing in the comments.

I don’t think it will come down to it but can someone reply as to the precise time on the 7th which I should use as the cutoff? I’ll take the first comment.

@KevinL Ok it will include the Dec 7 PT. I will resolve this when I get a chance as I am in and out of airports that day.
