What is the difference between "Mission delayed beyond 2031" and "No, not by end of 2031" and "Yes, by end of 2031"? as far as I can tell they will all resolve lockstep. @Kakusan ? @mods can you advise how to proceed?

@JussiVilleHeiskanen seems like the market is a bit broken, since it's a dependent. all these answers are all over the place actually. basically unresolvable in any state. @creator I recommend canceling (resolving N/A) and trying again!
