@xjp I won't, but for this one I want to get more clarity on just how things went down.

@JussiVilleHeiskanen My understanding is that the vote should have been held at the Executive Committee level, which however is scheduled to meet on Dec 3 (see this statement). Last ordinary meeting was on Sept 11. For a decision to be made, UEFA should have called an extraordinary committee; the absence of media statements (see here) implies that no meeting took place. Press releases usually take place the same day of the meeting.
