In Ukraine parties need 15 elected members in parliament to be recognized as an official faction. Resolves yes if one of those factions after the next election has held above Senior Officer rank in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

It is unclear when the next parliamentary election will be held. But the election process should start one month after cancellation of martial law.
