Canadian officials are reportedly finalizing plans for potential retaliatory tariffs that would target Florida orange juice in a blow to President Donald Trump, among other products, in response to threatened tariffs on Canadian goods.

This market will resolve YES if:

• Canada officially implements tariffs on orange juice from the United States

  • Does not have to be specifically from the state of Florida as tariffs are generally applied on a country-wide basis, even if the intention is to target a state

• The implementation occurs within the first 120 days of Trump taking office as President

• The tariffs are actually put into effect (not just announced or proposed); implementation date, not announcement date, of tariffs will be used for resolution
