This market covers the first major speech that Kamala Harris gives after the election that clearly claims victory or offers concession to a loss. If she makes an ambiguous speech before networks have called a winner, perhaps in the case of long delayed results, this market will not apply to that speech and wait for a more definitive speech later.

Note that if she gives this speech while I am watching live, I intend to early close the market as she takes the stage.
