Resolves YES if an Amendment to the Constitution is recognized by the Archivist of the United States, which removes all criminal immunity for former Presidents before the end of 2027.
It would count if it just applies to Presidential actions taken after ratification of the Amendment or just to actions taken by Presidents elected after the ratification of the Amendment.
