@SirSalty is reportedly working on changes the the Manifold community policy, including what counts as non-predictive and the name of the category. What will the new name be?

If the category ends up being split into multiple categories, and it isn't clear that one was meant to be the continuation of the non-predictive category, and another was meant to be a separate thing, I'll resolve equally to the names of the new categories.
If the name doesn't change by market close, resolves to, "The name will stay as 'non-predictive'."

@Joshua There is a third toggle being added for "Subsidized" as well, though, right? I'm not sure if I should just resolve to "Unranked", since that's the first thing it was replaced by, or if I should resolve to the names of both categories after the process is finished. Maybe I should just resolve to "Unranked", since the market seems to be interpreting the resolution criteria that way.
Yeah the subsidy thing is a sub-category of nonpredictive/unranked.
Non-predictive markets are unranked markets now, but some unranked markets will be subsidized. So I think this resolves fully to unranked, as that's what the actual non-predictive tag that is still on all those same markets is now named.
@MrLuke255 There aren't explicit criteria, it's just whether Manifold employees think you're trustworthy.
@JosephNoonan Eventually they should probably outsource this to TUs as well. In the Arch Linux community, people apply for Trusted User status and require sponsorship from an existing TU, then a quorum of TUs hold a vote as to whether to appoint them as a new TU. Probably a reasonable model.
