Genius plan because either by 2024 people will have bought 5k no shares, at which point the market would flip and he would make a ton, or 5 min before closing if 5k no shares haven’t been purchased yet, he just cancels his limit order, dumps some of his yes shares until it’s below 50, and then buys it back up to 99%.

Either way he makes out rich unless someone else places limit orders to stop them.
