have at least 5 total attendees and at least 4 who attended manifest 2
Any qualifying orgy will resolve yes all the people who were seriously invited regardless of whether or not they attended manifest 2 or attended the orgy.
“During” includes the entire day if there were any official conference events scheduled that day. The day before or day after the conference doesn’t count.]

@JonathanRay I recommend adding an option for people to request their name gets N/A'd for privacy reasons.
If you felt extra generous, you could commit to additionally randomly N/A'ing 1/10 individuals (and then N/A'ing everyone who requested it alongside those 1/10 at close).
