What counts as "go to plan"? Does it have to make it to the intended orbit? Does it need a successful reentry? Does it need a soft splashdown? Does the booster need a soft splashdown?

At the minute I'm not sure what their plan will be, so it's hard to be too specific.

But yeh, it would definitely need to reach the planned orbit. Assuming that they plan to de-orbit the Starship, it would need to do that too. And if they try a soft splashdown, that would need to go to plan as well.

So it depends what they go for

To update on this: Currently it seems like their plan is to do reentry and bellyflop all the way down, but no attempt to do a flip or landing burn. https://www.spacex.com/launches/mission/?missionId=starship-flight-test
