Falcon 9 has made over 300 flights to orbit already, but of course SpaceX is working on Starship as their next launcher. It's almost guaranteed that Falcon 9 will continue flying at least until 2030 to support ISS but the Starlink launch need may well shift to Starship soon.

I'll use the list in NasaSpaceFlight forums or similar to judge this if necessary. Falcon Heavy is not included in the count.
