I am a 33 year old software engineer, have worked Boeing -> Microsoft -> Amazon, and am financially comfortable for the moderate-term. Currently undecided when I will try to return to gainful employment, but it would very likely be in the tech sector.
I am moving out of Seattle (where I have lived for 8 years) between 8/8 and 8/15 with a plan to drive my Tesla solo through all 48 states, spending 1-5 days in each, camping at parks, airBnBs in cities.
On this trip I will write more on my blog (link in bio, most posts made on my first leg, april/may, 9 states), work on my side project (llm-based interface & memory feature & scaffold), and talk to strangers about their corner of the world.
This question asks which state, of the 9 on my next leg, I will have the best time in.
My current road trip plan would last ~5-6 months.
I will not bet in this market.

Acts of God - the creator prefers a location not on the planned list for this leg of the trip.
First leg plan as follows:
blue = city stop
red = camping stop
@BenM other is mostly acts of God - I'd put "I go to somewhere not listed" at maybe 0.5% but I didn't see a way to exclude it
