If a whole kidney grown outside of a human body is successfully transplanted into a human who lives for another year without dialysis, resolves YES.
If nobody has had such a kidney transplant before 2030, resolves NO.
If anyone recieves this transplant during 2030, resolves to YES if they live for at least one year without dialysis.
