Resolves YES if there is a website where any manifold user (possibly with some restrictions, such as minimum account age) can ask the bot to perform some action for them. Some possible things the bot could do:
Create markets which resolve automatically based on some criteria
Arbitrage markets on your behalf
Let you set up fancy limit orders (e.g. with an expiration date, or that only work for some users)
