ROSA was announced in October 2025. This market resolves YES if ROSA (Rapid Online Suffix Automaton) language model weights are publicly released by BlinkDL (Peng Bo) before March 1, 2026. Model weights must be made available through a public repository (GitHub, Hugging Face, or equivalent) with sufficient documentation for users to download and run the model. Partial releases (e.g., inference-only code without weights, or weights for toy models) do not count. The resolution will be verified by checking the official BlinkDL GitHub repository (https://github.com/BlinkDL) and related public sources.
