The market will resolve to YES if there is a public statement by Bulgarian National Electricity Company, Energoatom, Bulgarian or Ukrainian officials, or the company that would facilitate or implement such a deal. The statement has to be public before 01/01/2025. The transaction/installation may happen after this deadline.1
The market will resolve to NO if there is no such public statement by that date.
